About the Sake & Sake Brewer
As a community-based company, we aim to use the finest quality of locally grown sake rice to brew our sake. Our area is famous for the “Maesawa Wagyu Beef” which has won the first prize in the Wagyu beef contest in Japan, and we are pursuing to brew sake that goes well with beef dish.
