About the Sake
We ferment the Rice Koji carefully with a 100-year-old traditional method. This PET bottle type is easy to bring anywhere, and you can enjoy the graine texture of Koji. With a manufacturing technique unique to Horaiya, We achieved 8 months shelf life at room temperature, which is rare for Amazake. Using locally grown Tohoku rice.
