Using Yuzu juice harvested at the foot of Shionoe hot spring village in Kagawa Prefecture. The combination of the sweetness of Horaiya amazake and the sourness of yuzu makes for a refreshing taste. It is the most popular flavored amazake overseas. Kosher certified.
About the Sake
We ferment the Rice Koji carefully with a 100-year-old traditional method. This PET bottle type is easy to bring anywhere, and you can enjoy the graine texture of koji. With a manufacturing technique unique to Horaiya, we achieved 8 months shelf life at room temperature, which is rare for Amazake. Using locally grown Tohoku rice. We are so confident that it has the perfect blend ratio of Yuzu juice & Amazake.
